We are positioned to provide effective cost controls, a comprehensive marketing program for each property, quality guest services and corporate level support and oversight of maintenance and capital improvements.

Guests, Inc. began managing our first four properties in April of 1989. Currently we manage fifteen (15) full and limited-service hotels.
