Dreama Maloney
Director of Marketing and Training
Dreama is the primary contact for sales and marketing efforts and overall training at Guests, Inc. She has developed and implemented numerous successful training programs, marketing incentives and sales procedures since joining Guests, Inc. in 1990. She plays a key role in assisting on site hotel personnel in developing and capitalizing on opportunities to grow revenue and the oversight of the entire sales and marketing efforts.
Prior to becoming the Director of Marketing and Training, she served as the Regional Director of Marketing for the Northern Region of hotels operated by Guests, Inc. During that time she was responsible for hiring and providing ongoing training and supervision of the sales staff located at the properties in her region.
During her tenure as the Area Sales Director for multiple properties in the Warrenton, VA area, she served as the lead trainer for the new Director of Sales and was a charter member of Team Tourism. Team Tourism was a committee created by the Warrenton Town Council to fulfill the requirements of the Virginia Tourism Accreditation Program. She also served three years on the Fauquier Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
