Scott is the Director of Operations and President of Guests, Inc. He is responsible for all operational aspects of the properties managed by Guests.

He is an honors graduate from the world-renowned Hotel and Restaurant Management School at Cornell University.

His hospitality industry experience stretches over thirty (30) years in operations and sales, and six years in restaurant management.

Previously, Scott worked for Brilynn, Inc. of Cincinnati, Ohio, as Vice President of Operations. During his tenure, he was responsible for the operations and marketing of twelve (12) properties and four hotel restaurants. The properties' net income increase and their G.O.P.'s were consistently higher than industry standards under his leadership. He established the company's operations philosophy focusing on quality "people" relationships, sales motivation and profitability.

Scott also worked for Calvert Management Company as the Vice President and Director of Operations. During his employment, he directed the company's expansion from six to eighteen (18) hotels and he was responsible for creating Calvert's profit center.

He has worked for Exel Inns of America starting as a General Manager and advancing to Assistant Vice President. Occupancy climbed eighteen percent (18%) during his first year there. He served as Director of Operations during Excel's growth from eight to twenty-five (25) properties. Additionally, Scott developed and initiated corporate-wide marketing programs.

Other hospitality positions include Regional Sales Manager for Holiday Inns, Inc. in Milwaukee, and restaurant experience as Manager, Banquet and Catering Manager and finally Food and Beverage Director for Captain's Steak Joynt and Ace Foods, Inc.
